many of you know that I am a financial consultant and help companies fix their
Balance Sheets and Income statements. I normally do this by looking at
their processes and systems and then destroy them and rebuild them, so they are
the most effective. One of the things I have been looking into for years
is the cost or more like the unnecessary cost of productivity in the workplace
and at home. So as a consultant I have seen a lot of companies and had the

with everything that is going on in this world. How do we reverse this?
That is the question, right? How can we reverse this and how can we really
turn our employees into our greatest assets? How do we get back to the
productivity levels that our country has seen historically? I mean just
look at what has built this great country and what it is built
on. We need those engagement and productivity numbers to change but
how. I know everyone wants more money and we are also trying to please our
investors or shareholders or board of directors. Now through
